韻母 Rhyme
aap
The following words contain the rhyme aap. It is made by first producing a very long aa sound and then closing with a silent p sound by shutting your lips.
ak
The following words contain the rhyme ak. It is made by first producing a very short a sound and then closing with an k sound.
ui
The following words contain the rhyme {ui. It is made by first producing a long u sound and then closing with a short i sound.
聲母 Onset
聲母 g 和 k 的分別在於 g 發音時不送氣，k 發音時送氣。
Here’s a quick test to differentiate g and k:
試試將手掌放在嘴前面然後讀出家（gaa）和卡（kaa)。讀家（gaa）時手掌應該只感受到輕微氣流；讀卡（kaa) 時手掌應該感受到強烈氣流。
Try putting your palm in front of your mouth and say the syllables “gaa” and “kaa”. When pronouncing “gaa” you should only feel a very gentle and steady breath on your palm; when pronouncing “kaa” you should feel an explosive force of air being released onto your palm.
